Hi friends! I wanted to talk about braces this week and share some more of my journey with them. I've talked to so many people since getting them about confidence with having them as an adult. My journey certainly has felt like a long time even though it's only been about 7 months. But though it, I've been experiencing ups and downs that I've been sharing with you guys. I've learned that with braces, confidence is something that can be rough, but once you accept it's just a part of you and that nobody sees you the way that you see them, it's really not as bad as you think!
