Raw Mango Coconut Chutney (कच्चे आम और नारियल की चटनी)
So here is another raw mango chutney that’s bringing flavors of coconut further infused with flavorful tadka and jaggery. Really delicious and must try this season.
Ingredients:
1 cup raw mango
1/4 cup fresh grated coconut
1/4 cup fresh coriander
5 to 6 green chillies
1 inch ginger
6 to 7 garlic cloves
2 tbsp jaggery powder (use jaggery also)
salt as per taste
water as needed
For Todka -
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp rai
10 to 12 curry leaves
Method:
In a mixing jar, add peeled and cut raw mango
Then add fresh coconut, fresh coriander leaves, green chillies.
Next add ginger and garlic
And finally salt .
Next blend it coursely
Add some water and grind it smoothly.
Now let's make tadka.
For tadka -
In a pan, heat oil and add rai and curry leaves.
Once you hear the sound of mustard seeds poppping, that means tadka is ready.
Now pour it on chutney.
Enjoy this chutney with roti or rice.
You can store this chutney in an air-tight container
for 10 to 12 days in fridge.
