BAKED MATAR & PEANUT KACHORI Navratri brings celebrations at home. For we Gujaratis, it’s Garba Ras time followed by fried snacks like Fafda, Jalebi Dal Vada & Kachori .. So I have decided to give a healthy twist to Kachori making here Baked Mutter Peanut Kachori. Baked in my new Havells 35 DG Black OTG which comes with its cool digital panel providing 9 pre-set menu options. The best part is its double glass door which completely prevents heat loss. Here is the recipe - Ingredients- Fresh bowl of Peas 2-3 tbs of peanuts Oil Jeera (cumin seeds) Garam Masala Green chilies Salt Fresh Lemon juice Coriander Phyllo sheets Method: - First grind matar - Then grind peanuts - Now in a pan, take some oil - Add Jeera, Garam Masala - Add chopped green chili &crushed peanuts - Add salt, lemon juice - Sauté the mixture - Once mixture cools down, add crushed peanuts - Now add coriander - Mix everything and keep aside - I have used phyllo sheets to fill stuffing, apply little water on edges and close to create bags of kachori - Brush some oil on top of kachori - Pre heat oven at 200 degree for 10 min and bake for 20 min - Enjoy with chutney Love M
