No Bread Moong Dal Toast

Ingredients :
1 cup Yellow Lentils (Moong Dal - soaked in water for 3-4 hours)
1 small Ginger Knob
Green Chillies (as per taste)
1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
Pinch of Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
Salt as per taste
Water (as required)
For stuffing:-
150 gm Paneer
Finely chopped veggies (Capsicum, Carrot & Onion)
Salt as per taste
Crushed Black Pepper
Oil (to drizzle)
Method :
Take 1 cup soaked Moong Dal in a mixer jar
Add a small Ginger Knob
Add Green Chillies (as per taste)
Add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
Add a pinch of Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
Add Salt as per taste
Add a little Water and churn to a thick batter
Transfer the batter in a bowl and keep aside
Further for stuffing, take 150 gm Paneer in a mixing bowl
Add finely chopped veggies (Capsicum, Carrot & Onion)
Add Salt as per taste
Sprinkle crushed Black Pepper
Heat the toaster and apply Butter on it
Spread thin layer of batter on it
Add stuffing on the batter
Cover with a layer of batter
Drizzle some Oil
Cover the toaster lid and cook on both sides until it's golden-brown
Take out toast from the toaster
Cut it into pieces and take it on a serving plate
