OATS DAL DOSA Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, so easy, no fermentation and just few ingredients is all you need to make these crispy dosa. So healthy, with few drops of oil and instantly you can make this dosa in no time. Recipe -
- take 1 cup moong dal soaked for 2 hours
- take 1 cup oats soaked for 30 min
- churn it in mixie to make dosa batter
- add salt and cumin seeds (jeera)
- add coriander, green chillies, ginger and onion
- if needed add some water for right spreadable dosa batter consistency
- make sure pan is hot, and then slow thr flame and spread oil with tissue paper
- spread the batter and make crispy dosa
- enjoy with chutney or sambhar or just like that
