GUR MANGO PHIRNI - Aam Se Kuch Khaas Ep. 15
We make this in every Mango Season and enjoy with friends. This time have given it Jaggery twist.

Recipe -
- take 4 tbs rice and soak them for 1 hour and then coarsely grind it
- take 2 cup milk and keep it for boiling
- add crushed rice in it
- keep stirring it
- on the sides take 2 medium size mangoes and make smooth pulp
- as milk gets thickened & rice gets cooked, now stop the flame, keep stirring
- after 5 minutes, add 2-3 tbs chopped jaggery as per your taste
: Never add jaggery in boiling milk, it will spoil the milk
- keep stirring till jaggery gets mixed and mixture gets cool down
- once mixture gets to room temperature, add mango pulp an
: Never Add Mango pulp in hot mixture
- Phirni is ready. Take mitti ka bartan and fill them with mango phirni
- garnish with mango and pistachio.
- keep them in fridge for 5-6 hours or overnight would be the best.
