Oats Paneer Chilla | ओट्स पनीर चीला | Oats Pancake | Paneer Chilla Recipe | Breakfast Recipes Healthiest & Most Nutritious, Indian way of having pancake - Oats Paneer Chila will top all the other versions of chila and pancakes you’ve ever had. Use the oats wihout crushing, to get the best texture in mouth. By the way, homemade paneer goes better than readymade one. Ingredients : 1 cup Oats (Instant Oats or alternatively Rolled Oats can be used) 1/2 cup + more Water 2 tbs Gram Flour (Besan) 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi) 1 tsp Coriander Seeds (Dhaniya) Powder 1 tsp Ajwain Salt as per taste Finely chopped veggies: (Green Chillies, Ginger, Onion, Capsicum, Carrot & Coriander) Oil (for frying) Roughly crushed Paneer Black Pepper Method : Take a mixing bowl, add 1 cup Oats Add 1/4 cup Water, mix it and leave for 5 min Check after 5 min, add more 3-4 tbs water if the mixture is too thick Add 2 tbs Gram Flour (Besan) Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi) Add 1 tsp Coriander Seeds (Dhaniya) Powder Add 1 tsp Ajwain Add Salt as per taste Combine everything together Now add finely chopped veggies as per your choice Mix it well Heat up the pan Add some Oil and wipe with a tissue Add batter to the pan to make 3-4 small chilas Drizzle some Oil around When chila turns dry, add some grated Paneer on top Add some chopped veggies Sprinkle some Black Pepper & Salt Flip chilas and cook other side too Cook until it turns golden-brown (Make more chilas with the same procedure) Serve Scrumptious Oats Paneer Chila with Tomato Ketchup . 00:00 - Making Oats Paneer Chilla 00:26 - Soaking Oats 00:45 - Resting the Oats 01:09 - Adding Gramflour 01:19 - Adding Spices 01:47 - Adding Veggies 02:23 - Making Chillas 03:05 - Adding Paneer 03:43 - Plating 04:05 - Meghna Tastes the Oats Paneer Chilla Love M Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/MeghnasFoodMagic/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/meghnafoodmagic Instagram: https://instagram.com/meghnasfoodmagic Website: https://www.chefmeghnas.in
