Churma Modak Recipe | Meghna's Food Magic X Gujju Ben presents Ganpati Special Churma ke Modak I गणेश चतुर्थी चूरमा मोदक Churma Modak - Met with @gujjubennanasta4899 and we made this Churma Modak For Ganpati Bappa with lots of love. Ingredients : 1/2 cup Wheat Flour (Gehu ka Atta) 1/2 cup coarse Wheat Flour 3 tbs warm Ghee + more Ghee Milk (as required) 3/4 cup Jaggery 3-4 Cardamom Powder (Elaichi) Method : In a mixing bowl, take 1/2 cup Wheat Flour (Gehu ka Atta) Add 1/2 cup coarse Wheat Flour Add 3 tbs warm Ghee Combine well with hands Add a little Milk (as required) Mix it well and form balls Heat Ghee in a deep base pan Fry flour balls until nice golden-brown Transfer them on a plate and break into pieces Grind it in a mixie Further heat 2-3 spoon Ghee a pan Add 3/4 cup Jaggery and let it melt Add churned churma flour Roast well and add 3-4 Cardamom Powder Mix it and turn off the heat Make modak with the help of modak mould Enjoy Bappa ka Delicious Prasad Churma Modak Ganpati Bappa Morya.
