KIWI CUSTARD PUDDING Kiwi 🥝 fruits are known to be high in Vitamin C & E, plus great source of antioxidants. These help fight free radicals coming from Sun’s rays, air pollution and daily living. This is a great way to add Kiwi Fruits to your diet. Just add them inside this easy dessert & all family members will easily complete couple of 🥝Kiwifruits in single serving. Just follow the below recipe measurements and leave it in fridge for overnight. Desserts taste the best next day. Recipe - - Chop kiwi fruits in 2-ways as shown in video the slices are for surrounding glass and chopped cubes are for layering - Prepare custard - take 1.5 cup milk, bring it to boil - in to that add sugar per your taste, I added 2 tbs sugar - in another small bowl, dilute 1.5 tbs custard powder in some milk - add this custard powder mixture into the boiling milk - Stir continuously, till the custard powder gets cooked and mixture becomes thick - reduce or turn off the heat - then add 1/4 cup cooking cream (fresh cream) - and 1 tsp butter - stir everything well and keep aside - Now crush some digestive biscuits - time to assemble all ingredients to make this pudding - in a serving glass, layer biscuit crumb first, then add chopped cubes kiwi & use the sliced kiwis on the wall of the glass - now layer with the custard - repeat the same layer - on the top garnish some fresh kiwis, sliced almonds and mint leave - keep in fridge for overnight & enjoy it the next day. . . @FruitsFromChile .
