Ingredients:
1 spoon Ghee
1/4 cup Sevaiya
1 ltr Milk
3-4 Cardamom Powder (Elaichi Powder)
4 tbs Condensed Milk (alternatively sugar / jaggery powder / soaked dates can be used)
1.5 tbs Custard Powder (diluted with room temperature Milk)
1 Mango Pulp
2 chopped Mangoes
Chopped Pistachios
Method:
Heat 1 spoon Ghee in a pan
Add 1/4 cup Sevaiya
Fry well until it changes its colour
Add 1 ltr Milk and cook until milk is reduced
(It will take 5-7 min to cook)
Keep stirring continuously
Add 3-4 Cardamom Powder
Add 4 tbs Condensed Milk and give it a good mix
Further add 1.5 tbs diluted Custard Powder
Stir continuously on medium heat until 2 boils
Turn off the heat when milk turns thicker
Take custard in a big bowl and refrigerate to cool down
Take out from the fridge and add 1 Mango Pulp
Mix it well and add 2 chopped Mangoes
Add chopped Pistachios
Refrigerate again for 3-4 hours
Take the custard in a serving bowl
Add chopped Mango & Pistachios
Enjoy Delectable Mango Sevaiya Custard chilled
