NO EFFORT CRANBERRY TOMATO SALSA & BAKED PURPLE YAM (RATALU) CHIPS
Signing off 2023 with an unbelievably healthy & scrumptious party starter combining baked Purple Yam Chips with Cranberry Tomato Salsa with my favourite US Cranberries. This is no cooking easy to do recipe; am sure even kids can make with little help from parents.
Recipe for Cranberry Salsa -
- In a bowl, mix chopped tomatoes, US Cramberries, a green chilli, onion, lemon juice, pepper and coriander leaves.
- Cranberry Tomato Salsa is ready
- To serve it, mix hung curd with some salt & pepper and spread in a plate
- Serve Cranberry salsa on top of hung curd
- For purple yam chips, apply some coconut oil in your palm to avoid getting itchiness in your hand
- Then peel & thinly slice the purple yam
- Spread then into the baking tray
- Sprinkle some salt and black pepper
- Bake at 170 degree pre-heated oven for 15-17 minutes, in between flip once
- once it’s baked it will be little soft initially when it’s warm; as it cools down m, it will become crunchy
- Enjoy this healthy nutritious party starter with friends and family.
