Kacche Kele ki Sabzi Recipe | Paryushan Special Jain Recipe I Jain Raw Banana Sabzi
Kacche Kele ki Jain Sabji - Paryushan special
Raw Banana is always an alternative for Jains to have in place of potato, and so we use it to make so many dishes. Even during Paryushan, this is an excellent recipe to make.
Ingredients :
3 medium Raw Bananas (peeled and cut into slices)
1 tbs roasted Peanuts (Sing)
1 tbs White Sesame Seeds (Safed Til)
1 tbs grated Dry Coconut
Red Chilli Powder (as per taste)
1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder (Amchur Powder)
1 tbs Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder (Jeera)
Pinch of Asafoetida Powder (Hing)
Pinch of Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Coriander-Cumin Powder
Method :
Cut 3 medium Raw Bananas into slices and keep aside
In a mixer jar, take 1 tbs roasted Peanuts (Sing)
Add 1 tbs White Sesame Seeds (Safed Til)
Add 1 tbs grated Dry Coconut
Add Red Chilli Powder (as per taste)
Add 1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder (Amchur Powder)
Grind the mixture and transfer in a bowl
Further heat 1 tbs Oil in a pan
Add 1 tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
Add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder (Jeera)
Add a pinch of Asafoetida Powder (Hing)
Add cut bananas
Add a pinch of Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
Salt as per taste
Mix everything well
Cover the lid and cook on medium heat for 5-7 min
Add 1 tsp Coriander-Cumin Powder
Add churned Masala and give it a good mix
Cover the lid and cook for another 5 min
Take sabji on a serving plate
Enjoy Scrumptious Kacche Kele ki Sabji with Dal, Chawal & Chapati
