Dahi Tadka Oats
An excellent meal replacement with a healthy low effort oats recipe. The preparation is somewhat similar to Curd Rice but much more healthy as oats reduce inflammation and relax arteries, also help improve heart health. Also with so many vegetables, it’s making this not only crunchy but nutritious snack too. Recipe -
- take 1 cup oats and roast it
- now let it cool down and add 1 cup curd ( little bit sour) (dahi)
- keep it soaked in fridge for minimum 2-3 hours upto overnight
- now add choice of fresh veggies; I used finely chopped cucumber, carrot, coriander and onion
- add salt, ginger and green chillies
- mix and keep aside; time to make tadka
- to make tadka, take ghee, cumin seeds (jeera), mustard seeds (rai), curry leaves, peanuts, cashews and dry red chillies
- Pour tadka oats and curd mix.
- mix everything. Dahi Tadka Oats is ready. Enjoy this delicious healthy dish ar any time of the day from breakfast to dinner.
