Trust me, you won’t be disappointed with this simple and speedy pickle recipe. 🌶️🥭 - take 1/2 kg raw mango- cut into small cubes, keep aside - Now in a pan, dry roast 1.5 tbs mustard seeds, 1 tbs methi (fenugreek seeds), 2 tsp saunf (fennel seeds) - Then coarsely grind them and take it out in a bowl - Add 1/2 tsp hing, 1 tsp haldi powder, 2 tbs Kashmiri Mirchi Powder - Now heat up 4 tbs oil (your choice of oil) & pour it over the masala - Now add cut mango cubes - Mix everything well - Cover it and keep it aside for 2 hours - Instant achar is ready - Leave it in the kitchen for 2 days and then store in fridge for upto 10 days - Enjoy with dal chawal, roti l, parathe etc . .
