Mel Clarke's video: Mel Clarke - Letting go of control and routine brought me to a beautiful oasis

Todays video comes from a walk I have never done before near to where I live. I usually head to a regular spot and before jumping in the car I had already thought I should do something different, and hey presto the road I usually drive through was closed....so me n the universe were aligned and I ended up walking through a beautiful oasis. This letting go is indicative of what I need to be doing way more of in my life in everything. I have felt stuck and resistant for a few weeks, especially in my quantum healing a couple of weeks ago. And when I think about how I have been feeling of late it all ties in. So having turned down the job offer I had been waiting for, for weeks and then receiving counsel from some SFM buddies they all said the same. I was putting my ego and money before me wanting to feel more valued and working in a nicer environment. I didn't want to belive it at first but they were right. And that was pretty hard to accept. I am very spiritual and allowing I thought, but I do know I have trust issues in myself at times, and end up letting my head rule over my heart. I'm a doer, a soldier as one friend calls me, Alpha Mel is another nickname....all adjectives that do not speak allowing but purely doing. And I know more than most that action from an uninspired place is pointless action. I have blamed having no one else to lean on as the reason for my needing to keep the money where I think it should be, its just me and I don't want to end up in a poorer position similar to a few years agoi when things got really bad financially. But all that thinking does is keep the path of least resistance further from me. Anyways I decided to reach out to the company I turned down to see if there is a half way house, and I will wait and see what happens. If nothing comes of it no harm done. The unknown is feeling good, and getting out of my own way is essential..... long may it last!!
