@5 Strategies to More Self Love - Part 5
Surround yourself with positive friends and family. It's long been said we are the product of the 5 closest people we hang around with. So if those people are negative, or miserable, perhaps defeatist with no optimism then it can rub off on you too. If you know you are unhappy in one or more areas of your life, and yet nothing seem's to change, ask yourself why. We cannot change our situation from the same place as the problem, and if that situation is also compounded by a lack of positive support, then you've got very little opportunity to change. It might seem harsh but sometimes you have to let go of the negative nancy's, even if it is your mum or so called best friend. It start's within, it strengthens with the right support, it lasts with accountability and continued love and support. What better way to love yourself.
