Mel Clarke's video: Mel Clarke - Reflecting on some issues highlighted from my quantum healing

Bit of a weird day today in terms of falling below 100% for the year on the last day of the financial year, and having the new financial year structure explained to me by my current boss knowing I am ultimately moving on to pastures new. And then a conversation with a friend about my quantum healing I had last Saturday. Responsibility is a massive issue for me, for some reason I have always felt responsible for everyone and wanted to fix them. This isn't good for me nor them. When explaining what freedom looks like for me, it was very obvious that not wanting to be tied down to a new structure if I decide to do coaching or anything else for that matter, is not what I want right now. And the reason this feels like the right thing is because I have held myself responsible for so long that its become the norm. As such the burden lies heavily at times and explains my need to drink too much wine, and escape with nights out. In my quantum healing there were blocks and a resistance, and there were childish images. Its been hinted at that perhaps there is something too traumatic for me to recall and thats why the blockers are there. The child like images, is that because the trauma was in my childhood, or they are lightening the situation, or is my inner child trying to protect me. It has become obvious to me that I have been living what I thought was the norm, without realising how much strain and responsibility is weighing me down and ultimately making me stressed at times. If I am going through this then I know others are too. We all have our crosses to bear, whether self imposed or not. If this video hits a nerve I highly recommend that you really become aware of what it is that is your cross, and realise that it probably shouldn't be your cross to bear. We need to be much kinder to ourselves without a shadow of doubt. Love & Light x
