Melinda Looi's video: Melinda Looi s Kitchen - Ice Cream Challenge

Another spicy challenge for Max. Honestly nothing is spicy for him. If anyone has any super spicy food suggestions. Please let me know. Hahaha. It is not a torture, it is a treat for his cravings!  We made Strawberries Ice Cream yesterday. It's ready today and we want to prank Max with some extra toppings like chili sauce, mustard and chili padi. Oh well, it was funny but he had no reaction to any of those interesting combinations.  Hmm. we need to upgrade the game!  The ice cream turns out to be very creamy, smooth and has no ice crystals. Like I have mentioned yesterday that, I will double the amount of Strawberries to add more flavour. I will also reduce the condensed milk to half the can and add extra whipped heavy cream.  I do love the combo of chili and strawberry.
