✨ Let Me Be Your Muse | Let's Inspire Each Other ✨ 🌻 Blog - https://www.mellymelthemuse.com Day 7 of 21 Days of Gratitude Practice: A moment I am grateful for is saving the life of a patient while still a student in pharmacy school. PE (pulmonary embolism), which is a blood clot in the lung, can be fatal. I correctly deduced that a patient of mine was experiencing a PE and provided her with the guidance she needed in order to obtain care. I was scared for the patient’s well-being and I was not yet confident as a healthcare provider considering I was still just a student. Wondering if my assessment was wrong and I am causing this poor woman unnecessary distress. In that moment, I was able to recognize a situation that had the potential to be fatal. I did what it was that I was being trained to do and ended up saving a life. What moment are you grateful for? Always remember to have an attitude of gratitude because attitude is everything. Practicing mindfulness meditation and affirmations for positive thinking help strengthen a thankful heart. Gratitude is the best attitude. I hope you all enjoy my stories about gratitude.
