Creating a digital gratitude journal (i.e. gratitude motivational video library & blog posts) was a very positive experience. I hope you all enjoyed my stories about gratitude. When I think of the affirmation “I AM GRATITUDE”, it not only forces me to pay more attention to positives, but to also realign energy and actions into attaining more of those positives. I do not believe having an attitude of gratitude implies that you pretend your struggles are something else or to ignore their existence. Dookie is still dookie, but the gratitude attitude empowers me to seek more light and to fight against the darkness that threatens to dim me from within. Always remember to have an attitude of gratitude because attitude is everything. Practicing mindfulness meditation and affirmations for positive thinking help strengthen a thankful heart.
