Workout of the Week : The Milestone Workout Take on your Men's Fitness workout of the week, a new 52-part series to keep you inspired and challenged for 2015. We'll post a new workout every Monday and for an added incentive, we'll take on the workout too so you can see how your best time compares with a member of the MF team. Workout of the Week Run 1km, 25 pull-ups, 100 press-ups, 25 squats with your bodyweight on the bar as fast as you can. How to do the workout: Hit all these milestones in one workout. After a gentle warm-up of air squats, press-ups and easy running on the treadmill, get ready to go. Crank the treadmill up to a pace you can hold for the 1km and start your timer. Once you've finished the run, jump off and go straight into the pull-ups. Break them up into small chunks so you don't tire too fast. Do the same with the press-ups then finish in the squat rack. Put your bodyweight on the bar (80kg if you weigh 80kg) and do 25 squats, resting when you need. The aim is to get through it as fast as possible. Good luck.
