Workout of the Week : Burpee blast Take on your Men's Fitness workout of the week, a new 52-part series to keep you inspired and challenged for 2015. We'll post a new workout every Monday and for an added incentive, we'll take on the workout too so you can see how your best time compares with a member of the MF team. Workout of the Week Do three sets of 15 burpee box jumps and 25 burpee pull-ups as fast as you can. How to do the workout: Position a plyo box or bench close to the pull-up station. Now standing in front of the box, drop down into a burpee, then as you drive back up, jump onto the box. Drop down the other side to continue into the next rep. After 15 burpee box jumps, move to stand under the pull-up bar. Drop into a burpee, then as you drive up catch the pull-up bar with an under, over or neutral grip and do one pull-up so your chin rises above the bar. Drop to the floor and into the next rep. After 25 of these, return to the second set of burpee box jumps. Rest/blaspheme as needed. Watch the video, take on the challenge and post your best score in the comments section below.
