Novita W19 Instant Hot Water Dispenser Why I decided to obtain this item, its simple because it really a very simple system. There is no installation required, no pipes to connect just fill up its water tanks the filters are preinstalled. Installation is just plug and play. Changing filter is a simple DIY process. Small in size do not take up a lot of my space. Interface is easy to understand and operate. Filter last for 3000L of water or after 12 months whichever come first. 12 months duration is base on 8L of water usage per day, which I dont think i will use that much, guess filter will last me more than 12 months. With 4 stage filters system i do not need to boil water anymore. Its also energy saving, goes to standby mode after 3 mins of not using it. So far its good. The down side is that it does not have any custom setting, example the amount of water despen have to use their preset amount and unable to change to my own liking, max preset amount of despen is 250ml. Max water despen temperature is 95 degree C. And before using the new filters you will have to allow water to flow through the filters, thus you will have to fill up the water tank and just let the water despen out fully and repeat 3 times! Even so if you drink the despened plain water I find its tasted like filtered water as compared to the Novita water pitcher with a single water filter which tasted clear and pure. But I don't taste anything different when use it to make tea or coffee.
