A: Hoo boy! Another big question! I think pairing a study of the fundamentals (anatomy, lighting, colour theory etc) with experimentation and pushing boundaries. Study your fave artists and break down what makes their work stand out - try and reverse engineer their art and borrow elements for your own creations! On top of that, embrace your personal voice!
