Lijo John:Right now it's like a person checks in, they will have at least two phones. One, a tablet with him. Farooq Payara:People have laptops, tablets, iPads. These are the things which they're using. Lijo John:When you walk from access point to access point it should cover each and every corner, no kind of disconnection or anything. We used different access previously which had this disconnection issue. But when it came to move, you walk from one place to another, there is no disconnection. Samir Arora:I think today accessibility is the key. So you could be sitting anywhere in the hotel or actually anywhere in the city, you would like to actually watch and have the videos, the data, or the Internet accessible. So, yeah, in today's world, Wifi needs to support video. Lijo John:If the guest is in the restaurant, he connects to the same network. If he comes to the room it's the same network, he goes to the pool area, he gets connected. Anywhere it's the same for him. Farooq Payara:People use more freedom, and I think that freedom is given by the WiFi because it's easy to connect, in each and every area. I think you cannot live without the Internet or WiFi. It's like water. It's like basic needs of a human in this era. Samir Arora:We use WiFi not just for supporting guest devices.We also use if for our system called ASCOM, which is a communications tool amongst our staff, our associates. They carry this phone which is supported by our WiFi system here. The best part of ASCOM is no drop in voice. You can be in any part of the hotel. So from that point of view it gives us a real efficient response. The staff could be on the 31st floor and requiring a thing for the guest and has to respond quickly. It really helps in terms of guest satisfaction. Farooq Payara:It improves a lot, and it saves a lot of money in terms of our other landlines. So it becomes very user friendly kind of stuff. And the staff are very happy to communicate among themselves with one touch. Samir Arora:Meru is supported at [inaudible 00:02:39]. But there's no complaints. That's good news. In my previous company there were a lot of, actually, speed issues. Actually we don't hear that in this hotel.
