This video has been made purely out of love for the Eurovision Song Contest, without any commercial purposes. So I went with my personal favourite! :) I originally intended to come back on camera for this one, playing all the instruments in the appropriate gorilla costume. But that would have made this video take even longer than it already did. This is based on the original, full-length version, of course - also, notice the Sitar playing the theme in the verses ;) . I always thought the original could use a little more Indian atmosphere. This is actually the second time for me trying to sing in Italian as a German, after Estonia's "La forza" in 2018. But that means it's still the first Italian entry on this channel. (I'm just mentioning that here because, once again, the "...as sung by a German" disclaimer didn't fit in the video title ;) .)
