And while none of the few songs we know of up to this point really call for a metal cover in my view, I still have lots of covers I did last year, but didn't bother releasing during what was literally the first year the competition had ever been cancelled. I figured most people, including myself, preferred to zone out of Eurovision for a while during the second half of 2020, instead of being once again reminded of what we all had lost. I dipped my toe back into Eurovision waters 3 months ago with another entry to the Aftermath series, but aside from Albania, it seems it took countries longer than ever this season to pick their first couple of songs, and finally get us all back into the Eurovision mood in doing so. But now, here we go again - with a song that is more suitable for power metal than the vast majority of other Eurovision songs will ever be. In fact, one could argue that showcasing high male vocals was pretty much the point of this song. ;)
