A tremendous shift is taking place that, while it may seem of lower density, it is its actual opposite. This is due to the powerful energy shift occurring. There is a tremendous shift in energy happening at this time and as such, new ascension symptoms are being experienced by many. At times the physical body will feel extremely heavy and exhausted. Manifestations are appearing almost instantly, whether thoughts are good or bad. Mindfulness of those thoughts is thus a priority at this time. Communication seems more difficult. The thoughts wishing to be conveyed seem difficult to translate into words. Sleep is erratic and fleeting. Or, sleep goes on for long hours at a time, with morning grogginess and difficulty to awaken. Emotional resistance is also an ascension symptoms. This shows up as the old wishes to remain in its old energies, while the new energies, in loving patience, simply moves through your system, enticing and gently reminding the ego to let go. Some are experiencing an ease into forgiveness, and compassion. Some may even experience an inability to react in the old way, feeling a sense of relief at no longer sensing the old anger or attacking ways. While this feels calmer, it is also a sign of ascension energies shifting within. Other emotional ascension symptoms are an even-flow of ups and downs, a rolling hill of old and new, the new feeling more authentic, and the old no longer feeling welcomed. All of these ascension symptoms and shifts will continue for six months, at times feeling stronger than others. It is important to take the time to recognize these symptoms and shifts. It is also important to remind yourself that many are going through the same shifts, that you are not alone feeling this way. While he next six months will have its challenges, there is a newness to the energies that will also bring great excitement and positive change. It is vital that you find space each day to meditate and ground. Although resistance may be strong, the energy of resistance is very weak at this time. Find the grace and willingness to simply quiet the mind, open the heart and allow yourself to enter a space of love and peace. The most important energy shift of the next six months is the energy of forgiveness. Allow all that needs to flow to the surface so it may be forgiven. This forgiveness is what will help you ascend and shift towards these exciting new energies. Do not be discouraged, simply allow all of the energies that go through you to move and flow.
