It’s been a while since I shared a video exclusively about the carnivore diet and lifestyle. But when I realized that I had not celebrated my own third carniversary this year, I was ready to rant about food and health again! As I mention in this video, it’s been tough to get back into discussing these topics since my Mom’s death in May. Her fatal heart disease was caused by a lifelong addiction to sugar. I saved my own life by cutting out every type of sugary food, including bread, pasta, rice, and even fruit. I shared my story publicly, and my Mom even commented on many of my videos. But sugar still killed her. My feelings toward sweets are now all the more bitter. But I’ll never give up. I’m carnivore for life, and I plan on living for a very long time. For myself, for my living loved ones, and for those who died too soon, in too much pain, or both, I will always speak up for the truth. I’ve only just begun. Thank you for marking this moment with me. Because it’s not really about me. This is about the healthfulness of our species and our impact on the universe.
