Este evento, es único en el mundo por albergar la tradicional y llamativa Danza del Corpus, una danza de origen ancestral que algunos sitúan en la Edad Media. En ella, doce danzantes, ataviados con mantón a la cintura y pañuelo anudado en la cabeza, avanzan bailando de espaldas durante toda la procesión en señal de respeto a la Sagrada Forma constituyendo uno de los momentos más especiales para porzuniegos, porzuniegas y quienes visitan la localidad.
