With permission by the loom knit pattern creator, Janet Rekesius, This video only shows “wrap and turn” stitch that I am using in The LIZARD RIDGE PATTERN. It is a FREE pattern on Ravelry. It is not my pattern. I do the W&T a little differently than in the pattern, I find it easier not lift the stitch off the peg and just simply wrap it. Do a google search for loom knit lizard ridge and it will show you the pattern. It is not my pattern but someone asked me how I knit the bubble areas (the wrap and turn). W&T stitch patterns are widely and commonly used, most often in making the heels and toes of socks. I learned the W&T stitch pattern by watching videos on how to loom knit socks. There are several ways of making a W&T stitch, this one works best for me. It is also known as a “short row”. Be sure to make a swatch to ensure your loom and yarn work well with this pattern.
