Michelle Hotchkiss's video: Techniques for Shading with Pen and Ink: Part Four of the Draw Easy Stylized Flowers Series

@Techniques for Shading with Pen and Ink: Part Four of the "Draw Easy Stylized Flowers" Series
This is part four of the series of videos based on the Illuminated art in my Crossway ESV Single Column Journaling bible. This video shows how to get different shading techniques when using fiber tipped pens such as Copic Multiliner SP, Uni Pin pen and Faber-Castell Pitt Artist XS pen. There is also a pen stroke reference photo on my blog: www.MichelleHotchkissArt.blogspot.com These pens and techniques are perfect for drawing when bible art journaling as well as any pen drawings. I encourage you to get to know your pens and different ways they can be used to get the looks you want. Not every pen stroke needs to be dark and heavy. It is very easy to get gradations lights and darks all with the same pen. Please check out my other videos! Pens used: Copic Multiliner SP 0.05 Uni Pin pen 0.05 Faber-Castell Pitt XS pen The paper is printer paper, which is smooth like the pages in the journaling bibles.
