Interestingly enough, the bosses are modified when they are put into Operation Battle Mode. Usually their HP is changed to a single set amount for every version and moves are slightly modified, but DarkMega's different. DarkMega's HP is different for his versions and his Dark Soul AI is not defendant on your gameplay like the normal DarkSoul, it's dependent on the folder you use for Operation Battle mode. Because of the hack, his current chips are defaulted to the MegaMan Folder used in Operation Battle mode. This AI is also applied to DarkInvis chip (which was probably its initial intention) and BN6's DarkInvis also do not carry from the player's chip usee.
