Despre asta vorbim în reportajul Plan Detaliu. 200 de voluntari au dat culoare unui sat din Caras-Severin, în cadrul unui ambițios festival, Color the Village! Într-un proiect unic în România, fațadele a 30 de case au fost zugrăvite gratuit în numai 3 zile. Fața localității Eftimie Murgu, ce găzduiește morile de apă de la Rudăria, parte a patrimoniului UNESCO, a fost schimbată total de o armată de oameni care își doresc să facă bine și să lase ceva în urma lor.
