Mike Dolan Fliss's video: Taking ukemi at Bruce Bookman sensei s aikido intensive 2010 SUN

Hey there. This is a private video of clips from the amazing DVD package Bruce Bookman sensei sent the participants in his 2010 intensive. This footage, even though I'm in it all, isn't "mine" - it's Bruce Bookman's, to me. I clipped it out since I'm studying my ukemi habits (and some imbalances and bad habits in particular). I kept it as private for over a year until he posted his own videos. I also edited out most of the valuable critique he offered folks, since that's for them privately. Bookman sensei has his own channel and is posting videos (which are great): check him out as "TenzanAikido" channel. I attended this seminar on recommendation from my teacher (www.openskymartialarts.com) and in order to prepare for my nidan test. This is mostly ukemi footage from Sunday with a little randori.
