Exciting News! As I am putting together my next fit camp – the 3rd of 12 this year I needed to reach out as I learn from each group and strive to create the best environment for you to reach your goals. This last fit camp not only had insane results but also was one of the top community environments I have ever had in a camp! It threw me to be honest until I thought about why. I found that I made a group for me. A group I would want to join, participate in and an environment I would thrive in with a workout schedule, supplements, and energy I WANTED. I called it Bro Sesh(it’s for females as well)! Talk about MAGIC happening! People that sat on coaches, now run around the house, spectators are now participants, the exhausted now how more energy, and the self-conscious are now confident: RESULT HAPPENED! My passion for performance and to help individuals with solution based on them, not groups was where I started with fitness and that’s where I am once again with this fit camp. I am repeating Bro Sesh and my other Community based group, this something I cannot keep to a single group, it needs to be talked about and offered up for you to join.
