Mimi and Gabi show you how to make these yummy gluten-free Santa pancakes. The decoration was inspired by the book Kids Make Christmas by Pia Deges and the recipe comes from @feedinglittles with a dash of cinnamon. Pancake Ingredients (makes 6 small pancakes) 1/2 cup oatmeal 3 eggs 2 bananas pinch of cinnamon to taste Decoration Ingredients: Raspberries or grapes or canned cherries (for Santa hat) Sliced bananas Dried cranberries or raisins Whipped cream Method, Put all the pancake ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth Oil pan if yours is not non-stick (we used coconut oil) Pour a 1/4- 1/3 cup of mixture in centre of pan at a medium heat Flip when surface starts to bubble Cook until lightly browned. * Note these pancakes will turn out slightly darker than regular pancakes Find us on social media: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/mimis.playt...
