Although, my intent was to eat like JLO and Arod, it didn’t turn out that way. I ate fruit, which turns out is a no no on the type of no sugar diet they were doing. A few other notes... This video is not about the Keto diet, although I am very intrigued with Keto after everyone’s comments. I might give that a try next. Also, I do not reveal my weight in this video and my before and after clothes are different, so the changes you see may not be so transparent ... But regardless, the approach I took was very reasonable and something so many of us could incorporate into our eating habits. Again, thanks for watching. I would love to lose 80 pounds by November.
