My vertical leap is strong and very explosive. Jumping High is easy. My hips, glutes, and hamstrings are increasing in fast twitch muscle fibers to create a more explosive jump. I have raw concentrate strength I can jump high from a stand still. My jumping endurance is really good I can still jump high in the 4th quarter. A 40 inch vert is easy to attain with a body like mine. My muscles are very flexible where they need to be and stiff where they need to be in order to maximum jump. My vertical makes me a better athlete. My body safely and immediately produces the healthiest amounts of testosterone and hgh levels to build muscle in my body for higher vertical leap.
