Mind Fuzz's video: Thoughts on the New Bastion - Overpowered

There's been a lot of heated discussion about the Bastion changes on the PTR that just went live - I thought I'd give my opinion. He's not overpowered, he's not underpowered, he's just powered. He's viable now. Sentry mode is slightly worse and recon mode is slightly better. Sure, the damage reduction seems nutty at first, but he's actually pretty easy to deal with for a coordinated team.
