And so, this very exciting countdown is on the very fun topic of the top 10 mysterious creatures caught on camera. And we’re just so excited for you to meet them all, so let’s go and see who (or what) they are! Number 10: At the tenth spot, we’re going underneath the wide expanse of the ocean and totally diving in to see nomura’s jellyfish. In fact, this amazing sea creature is absolutely huge, measuring up to 7 feet in diameter and named after the gentleman who first discovered it. These jellyfish are definitely thriving, and love the temperate waters near Japan and China, as well. With a weight of up to 440 pounds, you’d definitely know it if you bumped into this creature whilst under the depths of the sea... and our manager reckons it’s totally awesome, and we’d love to know what you think of it below in the comments section? Let’s move to the next spot in our cool countdown, because this one’s a little watery, to be honest. We can dry off now though and see what’s up next. Number 9: At spot 9, we’re looking at the ninja lantershark. And we’re guessing that you’ve probably never seen anything like it in your lifetime. Wow, this is a phenomenal find by scientists, actually. In fact, this creature is a stealth hunter with scales that have a color of jet black. These sharks are said to be smaller than a regular house cat, so they’re not as scary as you might imagine, unless they’re biting down on you while you’re swimming. Eeek! Let’s not even go there. These sharks have very sharp teeth, which scientists identify as being asymmetric. Asymmetric means that there’s an absence of symmetry, which is a property displayed in preciseness (or which is said to be aesthetically pleasing). The top teeth are made for grabbing and the bottom teeth are made for cutting food. And this cool creature, namely the ninja lantershark, makes our awesome countdown today. Here at the channel, we’re taking guesses, and so far we have a possible leprechaun, a Halloween party gone right (or wrong), depending on what you believe is a good, fun time. Then we have a guess of that character named Yoda from the Star Wars series, and a demon, too. But last of all we have Uncle Bill reliving his high school dress-up prom night.
