This total body strength group class training was designed for our students at Vyayam Wellness Studio. Originally this intense session was lasted for 60mins with 1-2mins rest (water break) in-between the set. Members were from the beginner to intermediate levels and weight volume was distributed according to their strength level and their experience in training. The trainer herself was lifting 5kg x 2 plates + Bar at entire session. If you are practicing at home as a beginner, try with 1kg x 2 plate then gradually increase the weight as you feel confidence with practice.
