People sometimes comment on how I look so different today from when they started following me on Mindvalley around 8 years ago. I wanted to share how dramatic this change is by showing you my old and new ID and an old Mindvalley T-Shirt I used to wear. The reason for the change is even more dramatic - it had to do with making certain changes to the foods I chose to eat and a few mental concepts like BCD (Behavioral Change Dynamics).
