MineCralex's video: Minecraft-Vanilla Superflat Survival 27

In this episode, I show off some of the off-camera work that I was able to complete inbetween of episodes. One of my most advanced structures which I ever built in this world was built off camera after the last episode. That is, being my water canal rapid transit system (or at least that's how I call it). It took me a very long time to build, and I was bothered by slimes and other mobs day and night while building it. I decided to build up a cobblestone fence around the whole track and then mined out 2 3x wide trenches seperated by one grass block in the center which I didn't touch. However, mobs continued to spawn inside the fence so I lit everything up, and then had to run back and forth getting water from my infinite water source while I filled everything up properly. I did some experimentation with the wooden pressure plates and decided on a standardized amount of blocks after which another wooden pressure plate stands and another water source begins as to not "thin out" the water level too much. After all this it took me about an hour or so to construct this whole transport system.
