The Reynes had made a fool out of Tywin’s father Tytos and rebelled against their feudal lords the Lannisters. So Tywin Lannister put every man woman and child of House Reyne and Tarback to the sword. Later Lord Farman became annoyed with Tywin, Tywin then sent a messenger with a flute to play The Rains of Castamere. The Lord caused no more trouble for Tywin.
