@Caruta abandonata pe strada in Bucuresti, Sector 6, Militari

Acest clip este publicat ca parte a unei plangeri catre politia municipiului Bucuresti. Am intampinat aceasta caruta lasata de izbeliste pe marginea strazii de catre proprietar, nici macar legata cu o funie... calul putea fugi oricand sau chiar ataca pe cineva. Aceasta problema exista de mai multi ani cel putin in Sectorul 6 si credeam ca a fost de mult rezolvata, din nefericire insa asa ceva mai este inca posibil in anul 2018. Dorim ca Bucuresti sa fie o capitala Europeana moderna si civilizata!
