I present to you what has got to be the two most silly guards in any video game ever. I didn't use cheat codes such as "notarget" this is from my normal run of the mission: No idea how the game allowed me to get away with this, all it took was standing on a table and they were none the wiser. Since there's a mandatory objective not to kill people the game ends when the guard falls, but rest assured I took him down with a sock while he just stood there repetitively screaming with an uncanny lack of any facial expression.
