What kind of friends/Family are y’all??lmao 😂 ily just kidding... no I’m not lol but this picture was taken almost a year ago my weight has always been a roller coasters 🎢 being an mom of 4 👦🏻👦🏻👧🏻👧🏻and 💍wife with stress,depression, and So much more things going on in my life I always turn to food for comfort and that made me feel so much better..... but i took this picture and I wasn’t happy with the way I looked so I started eating healthy then I stopped and was going back to my old habits again 🤦🏻‍♀️ because I mean it’s really really hard to look like this amazing IG fitness girls on here unless I get surgery and fix it all but what is the point in that solving it the easy way if you don’t do the work it doesn’t really count but no one is perfect every one is different so yea 😭 I got really sick 😷 one day was in the hospital and they way the doctor 👨‍⚕️ told me what was going on with me 😟 scared me so much that it was a must bullshit a side to change they way I was eating ,and to workout!! Reality kick in And I actually change to live a healthy lifestyle for my family. Stating at 160lbs and My height is 4’11” I’m so short I was considered to be obesity at that weight now I’m at 125lbs I feel way better but I still have a long way to go I uploaded a video on my transformation if you want to check out more pictures and I hope it motivates you and follow my journey thank you for joining me!!!
