You can customize the wallpaper using the transparent gear icon that turns green on the top-right (see screenshots). You can enable/disable a bunch of the visuals, and adjust the volume to zero for all sound effects if you'd rather things be quiet from the options panel. You can even change the text from displaying the time, to whatever you'd like to type into the field instead. Enjoy!
