Ingredients (in order of appearance): 9 oz softened butter (250 grams) 1 cup sugar (250 grams) 2 tsp Vanilla 2 eggs 2 tsp baking powder A pinch of salt 2 cup all purpose flour (500 grams) Steps: 1. Mix the softened butter with the sugar. 2. Add the vanilla and mix. 3. Add the eggs one by one and mix. 4. Add the flour, salt and baking powder. 5. Mix using your hands (you will see how the dough’s texture changes). 6. Knead until the dough is smooth and soft. 7. Put a sheet of baking paper, the dough on and another sheet of baking paper on it, using a rolling pin the dough has to be flattened (it’s important it has the same height all over). 8. Let stand for 10 minutes in the freezer. 9. Cut the cookies using a mold or a cup/glass… Whatever you have! 10. Bake for 10 minutes (medium to high temperature) - Remember check them!
